1 tsp. Culinary Traditions™ Orange Zest, thawed |

1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted |

1 cup unsalted butter |

1/2 tsp. salt |

1 tsp. milk |

Method: |
| 1. | Use a basic vanilla cake recipe to prepare
cupcakes.
|
| 2. | To prepare frosting, whip butter on medium
speed until blended.
|
| 3. | Add powdered sugar in 2 parts, continue to
whip on low speed until combined.
|
| 4. | Add Orange Zest, vanilla and milk. Resume blending the frosting.
|
| 5. | Beat for 4 minutes until well combined.
|
| 6. | Fill a piping bag with round tip. Frost cupcakes by gently putting pressure on piping bag.
