Eligibility: To enter the “The Perfect Purée – Craft Cocktail Contest” (the “Contest”), the entrant (“You” and “Your”) must be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and be 21 years of age or older on the date of entry. You must also be a foodservice trade professional (which includes chefs and bartenders) who works for a restaurant, bar, or other foodservice establishment. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley, LLC (“The Perfect Purée”) reserves the right to determine Your eligibility based on these criteria. Employees, officers, and directors of The Perfect Purée, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, including A Bar Above, and anyone involved in the production or administration of the Contest, and any member of the immediate family or household of any such persons, are not eligible. Optionally you may also provide more details about your cocktail in your tweet. To work around Twitter’s 140 character limit, you can reply to your initial tweet to provide more recipe details. 2.2 To enter by Facebook: Compose a post and include: a photo of your original cocktail, the name of your cocktail, The Perfect Purée flavor(s) featured in the cocktail, the contest hashtag #CraftPureeContest, and tag The Perfect Purée’s Facebook Page by typing an @ sign, typing The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley and selecting the account. Optionally you may also provide more details about your cocktail in the caption. 2.4 Multiple recipes may be entered during the Contest Period. 2.5 The same entry entered on multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) will count as 3 entries. The same entry entered twice to one social media platform will count as 1 entry. 3. Entry Content Guidelines: Create an original recipe containing at least one flavor from The Perfect Purée and take a photo. Your entry must be based on Your own ideas, recipe, work, and experience. The Perfect Purée reserves the right to verify all facts. Failure to be able to validate the authenticity of the Recipe or recipe image and Your information may result in disqualification. You may submit multiple Recipe entries during the Contest Period. Please enter each cocktail only once by posting only once onto the qualified social media platforms. Winning and non-winning Recipes, as selected by The Perfect Purée, maybe be displayed on the Contest Page and shared on social media. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, The Perfect Purée may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, and/or cancel the Contest. The Perfect Purée reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to have tampered with the entry process or to have acted in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner.
