Blood Orange Concentrate

Sunset Over Sicily (non-alcoholic version) Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Manny Hinojosa

•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
•	1/8 oz. balsamic vinaigrette
•	3 basil leaves (muddle)
•	1/2 oz. lemon juice
•	3 oz. ginger ale (preferred brand Fever-Tree)
•	1/4 oz. clover honey
•	fresh basil for garnish
•	slice of lemon for garnish
Method:
1.	In a mixing glass muddle fresh basil. Add Blood Orange concentrate, balsamic, fresh lemon, honey, and ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour over the rocks in a wine glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with basil and lemon slice. Serve.
