| | 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Anejo Rum |
| | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Roasted Red Pepper Puree, thawed |
| | 1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse |
| | 1/4 oz. Benedictine Liqueur |
| | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| | 1/2 tsp. sugar |
| | Red pepper slices for garnish |
| | Lime wedge for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with red pepper slices and lime wedge. Serve. |
