| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
| or The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, | |
| or The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree, | |
| or The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, | |
| • | 1/2 oz. Simple syrup |
| • | 3 fresh lime wedges |
| • | Soda water |
| • | Sugarcane stick (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Shake ingredients (except soda water) with ice and pour into a Highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a sugarcane stick. Serve. |
