| | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |
| | 1/2 oz. pineapple juice |
| | grilled pineapple wedge (for garnish) |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain contents into glass or flash blend in a blender. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and serve.
