| | 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir |
| | 3/4 oz. Crème de Yvette |
| | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed |
| | balsamic vinegar |
| | 1/4 oz. simple syrup |
| | club soda to top |

| 1. | In a mixing glass, add Cherry puree, Grey Goose Cherry Noir, Crème de Yvette, balsamic vinegar, simple syrup and ice. Shake and serve in a tall glass, over the rocks and top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry. |
