It's perfect for a memorable margarita or as the foundation for a soon-to-be classic signature cocktail. This sour mixes well with tequila, vodka, gin, bourbon and rum.

Spring Mountain Sour

Serving size: 1 drink

    • 2 oz. Charbay R5 Aged Whiskey
    • 1/2 oz. Marie Brizard Creme Cacao
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. egg white
    • Green Chartreuse
    • 3 drops Peychaud's

Method:
1. Start by rinsing a large coupe glass with green chartreuse. Put the whiskey, creme cacao, chipotle sour, and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) well. This step is important for introducing enough air into egg white cocktails. Add ice to the shaker, and shake again. Strain into your rinsed glass and garnish with three drops of Peychaud’s.
