Our Cranberry Puree is a slightly sweeter, smoother and sauce-like cranberry. This flavor lends itself to a myriad of uses including cranberry beverages and cocktails, sauces and of course, to accompany turkey dishes and stuffing.

East & West Winter Sour

Yield: 1 drink

    • 1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire East Gin
    • 1 oz. Pimm's
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 3 slices of cucumber (muddle)
    • slice of cucumber (for garnish)
    • lime wheel (for garnish)

Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker muddle slices of cucumber, add the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Serve in Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber & lime wheel.
