The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Rum Runner

Serving size: 1 drink
Source: Manny Hinojosa
    • 1 oz. Bacardi Superior
    • 3/4 oz. Banana liqueur
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. grenadine
    • 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
    • 3/4 oz. Bacardi Select to float

Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender, except Bacardi Select. Add ice and blend. Serve and top with Bacardi select.
