The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Arándano

Serving size: 1 Drink
Source: Somer Perez, Couture Cocktail Concepts
    • 1 1/2 oz. Leblon Cachaça®
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 5 blueberries
    • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar syrup
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. cranberry juice

Method:
1. In a mixing glass, muddle the blueberries with the lime juice and agave.
2. Add other ingredients and shake.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a few whole blueberries sprinkled on top of the glass.
