The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Campari Affogato

Serving size: 1 Drink
Source: Francesco Lafranconi, Director of Mixology, Southern Wine & Spirits
    • 1 oz. Campari
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh passion fruit juice
    • 3 oz. Lambrusco Sparkling Red Sweet Wine by Mionetto
    • Dehydrated orange wheel (garnish)
    • 3 Raspberries (float)

Method:
1. Mix the Campari with the El Corazon and freeze with liquid nitrogen. Then pour a scoop into a martini cocktail glass and fill up with sparkling red wine.
