The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

The Heart of Passion

Serving size: 1 drink
Source: Rich Williams- The Spare Room @Roosevelt Hotel- Los Angeles, CA
    • 2 oz. Fortaleza Tequila Blanco
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon Blend,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 1/4 oz. jalapeno tincture
    • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
    • 2 cucumber slices (muddle)
    • 4 mint leaves (muddle)
    • lime wheel (garnish)
    • mint leaves (garnish)
    • cherry (garnish)

Method:
1. Muddle cucumber and mint . Add ingredients and shake over ice. Fine strain into rocks glass and top w/ crushed ice. Garnish w/ lime flower (lime wheel, mint leaves, cherry).
