The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Serving size: 1 drink
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Captain Morgan's Private Stock®
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Banana,  thawed
    • 5 dashes Peychauds Bitters®

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients (except bitters) in cocktail shaker filled of ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with bitters and serve.
