Bar chef inspiration for a passion fruit, blood orange and pomegranate mélange
The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color.  El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Adam Seger, Mixologist, Nacional 27/Chicago.  It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Serving size: 1 drink
Source: Somer Perez, Couture Cocktail Concepts
    • 1 1/2 oz. Leblon Cachaça®
    • 1/2 lime, juice
    • 1 oz. Beverage Artistry® El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1/4 oz. Agave Nectar
    • 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
    • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters®
    • Lime Salt

Method:
1. In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and shake.
2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and rimmed with lime salt.
