The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Mother of all Mimosas

    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • Brut Champagne, Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine

Method:
1. Pour chilled El Corazon mix into a chilled champagne flute.
2. Top with Brut Champagne, Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine.
3. Stir and serve.
