The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Aphrodisiac Sour

Serving size: 1 Drink
Source: Adam Seger
    • 3 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 oz. pineapple juice
    • lime wheel for garnish

Method:
1. Combine ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve.
