The interplay of these 3 concentrates give rise to bold, intense flavor as rich and deep as its red color. El Corazon was refined exclusively for The Perfect Purée by Mixologist Adam Seger. It is inspired by his celebrated signature cocktail of the same name.

Sweet Potato Brownie with El Corazon Maple Icing

    • 1 lb. sweet potatoes
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
    • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 large egg


El Corazon Maple Icing:
    • 1 cup The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1 lb. cream cheese (softened)
    • 2 oz. pure maple syrup
