Green Apple

True to the taste and color of the Granny Smith apple, our Green Apple puree has a sweet-tart flavor and bright green color. Having a texture often compared with the consistency of applesauce, Green Apple puree is frequently used in the recipes of many fine French pastries, sauces, and fruit tarts.

"His" Green Apple Martini

Serving size: 1 Drink

    • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 1/2 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Green Apple,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 tsp. Culinary Traditions™ Key Lime Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Hendricks Gin

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice then shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
3. Strain and pour into a martini glass.
