True to the taste and color of the Granny Smith apple, our Green Apple puree has a sweet-tart flavor and bright green color. Having a texture often compared with the consistency of applesauce, Green Apple puree is frequently used in the recipes of many fine French pastries, sauces, and fruit tarts.

Yield: 1 drink

    • 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/8 oz. simple syrup
    • 1/8 oz. allspice dram
    • edible flower (for garnish)

Method:
1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour and strain into serving glass. Garnish with edible flower.
