| | 3/4 oz. 100% maple syrup |
| | 1 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Cherry, thawed |
| | 1/8 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1 bar spoon Culinary Traditions™ Orange Zest, thawed |
| | 1 oz. Mount Gay Vanilla Rum |
| | 2 oz. club soda |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker with ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously and strain into a old fashioned glass over ice. Top with soda. |

| Coat rim with Orange Zest or crumbled graham crackers. |
