Lychee Ginger Sorbet

Yield: 32 oz.
Preparation time: 15 minutes

    • 1 3/4 cups Culinary Traditions™ Lychee,  thawed
    • 2 tsp. Culinary Traditions™ Ginger,  thawed
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 3/4 cup simple syrup

Method:
1. Combine ingredients and whisk thoroughly to combine.
2. Freeze in a sorbet maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
