| | 1/2 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Lychee, thawed |
| | 1 1/2 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Green Apple, thawed |
| | 1/4 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1 oz. Gray Goose Vodka |
| | 1 oz. Zen Green Tea Liqueur |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. |
| 2. | Add ice then shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
| 3. | Pour into a high ball glass. |
| 4. | Garnish with a lychee and piece of candied ginger. |
