Siamese Dream

Serving size: 1 drink

    • 1 oz. Wray and Nephew Overproof rum
    • 1 oz. Appleton Estate XO rum
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Roasted Red Pepper Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. cane syrup
    • 5 dashes Angostura Bitters (float on drink)
    • sprig of Thai Basil (garnish)
    • lime wedge (garnish)

1. Take all ingredients except bitters and garnishes and add them to a mixing tin with quality ice. Shake hard but briefly for 8-10 seconds and pour into a hurricane glass with crushed ice. Top cocktail with more crushed ice and add 5 healthy dashes of Angostura Bitters to the top of the mound. Finally add a lime wedge to the rim of the glass and a sprig of Thai basil next to the straw and serve with a smile.
