    • 4 oz. Prosecco
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree,  thawed
         or  The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree
         or  The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate
         or  The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree
         or  The Perfect Purée Mango Puree
         or  The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate
         or  The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate
         or  The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree
         or  The Perfect Purée Banana Puree
         or  The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree
         or  The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree
    • 1/4 oz. Simple syrup
    • Green orchid (for garnish)

1. Place all ingredients into mixing glass. Top with ice and stir. Strain into a champagne glass. Garnish with a green orchid and serve.
