Mango Red Servings: 1 drink Source: Ryan Magarian

•	1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate,  thawed
•	1/2 oz. simple syrup
•	1 dash bitters
•	2 fresh red bell pepper rings
•	2 oz. plymouth gin
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango,  thawed
•	red pepper ring for garnish
Method:
1.	In a pint glass, add Key Lime Concentrate, simple syrup, bitters, and red bell pepper rings and hand press with muddler.
2.	Add gin and Mango puree.
3.	Fill glass with ice.
4.	Shake vigorously for 6 seconds
5.	Strain into cocktail glass
6.	Garnish
