Moody Mojito

Source: Gail Huesmann, Executive Chef of Old Towne Pub & Eatery in Geneva, IL
    • 1 1/2 oz. Moody June Gin
    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Mojito,  thawed
    • splash of club soda

Method:
1. Fill a Collins glass with ice. In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients. Shake until well chilled and pour into glass. Garnish with lime wedge and mint leaves.
