| | 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya, thawed |

| 1. | Stir together heavy cream and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight to make creme fraiche. |
| 2. | Whisk together creme fraiche, Papaya puree, and honey until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed. |
