    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Colada,  thawed
    • club soda
    • 6 lime quarters
    • mint leaves
    • oversized pineapple wedge for garnish

1. Build 6 lime quarters and a dozen mint leaves in a pint glass. Muddle until juicy. Add Passion Colada, fill with ice, top with soda, and stir. Garnish with additional mint and an over-sized Pineapple Wedge. Serve.
