Passion Fruit Daiquiri Serving size: 1 Drink

•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
•	1 oz. vodka
•	1/2 triple sec or orange liqueur
•	1/2 oz. superfine sugar
•	1 cup crushed ice
•	Fresh fruit slices, whole macadamia nuts and/or fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method:
1.	In a blender or food processor bowl, combine all ingredients except garnishes.
2.	Cover and process until slushy.
3.	Pour into a tall goblet and garnish as desired.
