Passion Fruit Marinade

Servings: 4 
Serving size: 2 tbsp.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • 2 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 2 oz. white wine vinegar
    • 1 tbsp. Culinary Traditions™ Ginger,  thawed
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method:
1. Stir all ingredients together. Use to marinate cuts of chicken or pork in refrigerator at least 30 minutes or up to several hours.
2. Drain meat; grill or roast as desired.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve the passion fruit marinated roast or chicken entree with grilled exotic fruits, such as mango or papaya or pineapple. Try this marinade also on salmon fillets.
