Irrational Passion

Serving size: 1 Drink

•	2 oz. silver rum
•	2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
•	1 oz. simple syrup
•	3 oz. cubed ice
•	1 oz. grenadine

Method:
1.	Blend all ingredients except Grenadine.
2.	Pour into a chilled martini glass and float grenadine on top.
