Oaxacan Margarita Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Manny Hinojosa

•	1 1/2 oz. Cazadores Blanco
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree,  thawed
•	1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
•	3/4 oz. simple syrup
•	3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
•	lime wheel for garnish
Method:
1.	Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve.
Flavor twist:
	Add 1/4 oz. Mezcal Blanco with all other ingredients into mixing glass.
