| | 1 oz. Hanger One Kaffir Lime Vodka |
| | 1 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur |
| | 2 oz. Culinary Traditions ™ Lychee Puree, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. Culinary Traditions ™ Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
| | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| | fresh slice of guava (for garnish) |
| | fresh slice of lychee (for garnish) |
| | orchid (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Prepare St. Germaine-Guava Foam and set aside. Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top with St. Germaine-Guava Foam and garnish with a slice of guava, lychee and orchid. Serve. |
