The Monday Night

Serving size: 1 drink

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Nolet's Gin
    • 1 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
    • Handful of Mint Leaves
    • 1/2 Lime juiced
    • 2 oz. Chilled club soda
    • Mint Leaf (Garnish)

1. Muddle the mint in the lime juice in the bottom of your mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients, except for soda, with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe glass and top off with soda. Garnish with mint leaf.
