    • 1/2 oz. Port
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree,  thawed
    • 1/4 oz. lemon juice
    • champagne

Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass. Add champagne on top of cocktail to float.
