| | 1/2 oz. Culinary Traditions™ Prickly Pear, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. organic ruby red grapfruit juice |
| | 1/2 oz. lime sour* |
| | Splash organic agave nectar |
| | Handful of ice |
| | Organic strawberry, for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until well blended. |
| 2. | Strain into a chilled martini glass. |
| 3. | Garnish with strawberry. |
