Red Raspberry

Red Raspberry is a classic favorite with its bold berry flavor and outstanding red-purple color. Our delicious Red Raspberry puree is made from premium grade fruit picked at peak of season. Pureed smooth with all seeds extracted, a hint of sugar is added to balance the natural tartness of the berry. A small amount of fruit pectin is added to further refine the puree's texture for pastry recipes, artisan cocktails, and mixed drinks.

Summer Fruit Colada

Serving size: 1 Drink
    • 4 oz lemonade
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut,  thawed
    • 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Banana,  thawed
    • 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Mango,  thawed
         or  The Perfect Purée Papaya, 
         or  The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry, 
         or  The Perfect Purée Apricot, 
         or  The Perfect Purée White Peach, 
         or  The Perfect Purée Strawberry, 
         or  The Perfect Purée Pink Guava, 
         or  The Perfect Purée Blackberry, 
         or  The Perfect Purée Black Currant, 
    • 1 1/2 cup crushed ice
    • Garnishes: fresh fruit slices, whole strawberry, pineapple wedge, mint sprig

Method:
1. Place all ingredients except garnishes in blender. Process until frothy and ice is finely crushed.
2. Pour into a tall glass; garnish as desired.
