This fruit based mix is ideal for pitchers of red wine and allows a restaurant to serve sangria immediately instead of waiting for the flavor to combine for a few days.

Sangria Italiana

Yield: 1 drink

    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Sangria blend,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
    • 2 oz. lemonade
    • 2 oz. club soda
    • 2 squeezes of lime
    • lime (garnish)
    • lemon (garnish)

1. In a mixing glass combine all ingredients, except club soda, with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks in a wine glass or goblet, top with club soda. Garnish with lime and lemon.
