| | 1 large bar spoon The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
| | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| | 1 1/2 oz. vodka |
| | ice |
| | Soda to fill |
| | wide lime peel |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a pint shaker glass, add Ginger puree, Meyer Lemon Concentrate, simple syrup and swizzle with bar spoon to emulsify puree. |
| 2. | Add vodka and fill glass with ice. |
| 3. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
| 4. | Strain over fresh ice into large glass. |
| 5. | Top with soda and stir. |
| 6. | Garnish with wide lime peel. |
