Ginger Napa Servings: 1 drink Source: Ryan Magarian |
| | 1 1/2 oz. gin |
| | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| | 4 fresh basil leaves |
| | 6 seedless red grapes |
| | basil sprig and grape on a pick for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a pint glass, add gin, Key Lime Concentrate, simple syrup, Ginger puree and swizzle with bar spoon. |
| 2. | Add basil and grapes and hand press with a muddler |
| 3. | Fill glass with ice |
| 4. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds |
| 5. | Strain into cocktail glass |
| 6. | Garnish |
