| | 1 tbsp. shallots, diced |
| | 1/2 tbsp. garlic, diced |
| | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1/2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
| | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Coconut, thawed |
| | 1/4 tsp. green curry |
| | 3/4 cup cream |

| 1. | Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce by 1/3. |
