Ginger

Our ginger is made from young rhizomes that are naturally sweet, not fibrous or bitter. Finely minced and mixed with sugar, this ingredient is ideal in desserts and gourmet pastry recipes as well as spicy savory soups and sauces that benefit from a sweetened ginger.

Bollytini

Serving size: 1 drink

    • 1/2 barspoon Culinary Traditions™ Ginger,  thawed
    • 1/2 barspoon Culinary Traditions™ Orange Zest,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Beverage Artistry® El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 oz. Bacardi®
    • Garam Masala Sugar, for rimmer

Method:
1. Rub rim of glass with lime, and dip into Garam Masala Sugar, set aside.
2. Combine all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
4. Pour into the prepared cocktail glass and serve.
