| | 2 oz. Charbay Alambic Cane Rum |
| | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
| | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| | 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| | chopped mint |
| | ginger beer |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Serve.
