Ginger-Watermelon in the Park
|||2 oz. Chinaco Reposado Tequila|
|||3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed|
|||4-5 chunks of watermelon|
|||handful of mint leaves|
| Method: |
|1.||Muddle the mint and watermelon together. Add remaining ingredients (except for club soda) and shake very well with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the club soda. Add a squeeze of a lime wedge and serve.
