Our Sweet Hibiscus has slightly sweet and tart, lemon-berry notes that will be a favorite for chefs and bartenders alike. Created from the extract of the edible hibiscus flower, the floral aromatics of this flavor will inspire tropical creations from beverage to sorbet.

Hibiscus & Mango Mock-jito

Yield: 1 drink

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus blend,  thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Spearmint & Lime blend,  thawed
    • from a lime wedge
    • with soda
    • lime wheel (garnish)
    • sprig of mint (garnish)

Method:
1. In a mixing glass add all the ingredients, except club soda, with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks, top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel and sprig of mint.
