Our Sweet Hibiscus has slightly sweet and tart, lemon-berry notes that will be a favorite for chefs and bartenders alike. Created from the extract of the edible hibiscus flower, the floral aromatics of this flavor will inspire tropical creations from beverage to sorbet.

Perfect Getaway

Serving size: 1 drink
Source: James Cornibe- Chili's Bar and Grill- Santa Cruz, CA
    • 1 1/2 oz. Reposado Tequila
    • 1/2 oz. ginger liqueur
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus Blend,  thawed
    • sugar (rimmer)
    • lime wheel (garnish)

Method:
1. Add ingredients to an empty shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for about fifteen seconds. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel and enjoy!
