Our Sweet Hibiscus has slightly sweet and tart, lemon-berry notes that will be a favorite for chefs and bartenders alike. Created from the extract of the edible hibiscus flower, the floral aromatics of this flavor will inspire tropical creations from beverage to sorbet.

Hibiscus Kentucky Smash

Serving size: 1 drink

    • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus blend,  thawed
    • lime wedge squeeze
    • top with club soda
    • sprig of fresh mint (garnish)
    • lime wheel (garnish)
    • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Method:
1. In a mixing glass, muddle fresh mint. Add remaining ingredients, except club soda, and ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wheel.
