    • 1 oz. vodka
    • 1/4 oz. Absinthe
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thyme & Citrus,  thawed
    • club soda

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, pour into serving glass and top with soda.
