    • 1 1/4 oz. Pallini Limoncello
    • 3/4 oz. Beefeater Gin
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thyme & Citrus,  thawed
    • 2 oz. Perrier
    • cucumber and lemon slices

Method:
1. Combine ingredients. Add cucumber and lemon slices. Serve in ice-filed glass.
