A luxurious sour blend inspired by Asia’s exotic citrus fruit – Yuzu

La Limonata

Serving size: 1 drink
Source: Patricia Richards, Mixologist, Wynn/Encore - Las Vegas
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 4 oz. Sun Orchard Fresh Lemonade
    • 1/2 oz. Rock Candy Syrup (Trader Vic's) or Simple Syrup
    • 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice (strain off seeds)
    • 4 oz. club soda

Method:
1. Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice.
2. The first 4 ingredients will be pre-batched for you to pour directly over ice.
3. Top with club soda and a slice of lemon.
4. Seal with a plastic lid and place a clean napkin on top of the lid and rock upside-down and right side-up, 3 times to combine ingredients.
5. Serve.
