Tamarind Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Yield: 2.5 cups

    • 2/3 cup ketchup
    • 1 cup Culinary Traditions™ Tamarind Puree,  thawed
    • 2 tbsp. chipotle in adobo
    • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • 2 tbsp. molasses
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced

Method:
1. Puree all of the ingredients together in a blender.
2. Simmer on med-low heat for about 15 min.
