•	2 oz. Cognac
•	2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	Zest of 1/4 lemon
Method:
1.	Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2.	Add Yuzu Luxe Sour and Cognac, stir, fill glass with ice, stir.
2.	Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
3.	Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
