| | 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges with bitter white center pithe removed |
| | 12 mint leaves |
| | 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Coco® |
| | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Colada, thawed |
| | Club soda |
| | Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Muddle lime and mint leaves in an oversized tumbler until juicy and aromatic. |
| 2. | Add Bacardi and Passion Colada. |
| 3. | Stir, fill with ice, stir and top with soda. |
| 4. | Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint. |
