Yuzu Gimlet Serving size: 1 drink Source: Adam Seger

•	2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	2 oz. Gin
•	Splash of pomegranate, for color
Method:
1.	Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2.	Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled glass.
3.	Add a splash of Pomegranate and serve.
