•	2 oz. Square One™ Cucumber
•	2 oz. Beverage Artistry™ Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1 oz. soda water
Method:
1.	Combine Yuzu Luxe Sour and Square One into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a tall glass and top with soda. Give it a light stir and serve with a straw and a cucumber slice. Variation: Substitute Yuzu Luxe Sour with Beverage Artistry ™ Mojito.
