•	1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1 1/2 oz. Square One™ Botanical Spirit
•	2 inches of rosemary sprigs
Method:
.	Strip rosemary leaves from stem and combine all ingredients into a Boston Shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain and pour into a martini glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Serve.
