| | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
| | 2 oz. Hum™ Botanical Spirit |
| | sparkling wine |
| | 1 oz. ginger beer |
| | 2 dashes bitters |
| | 1 Hibiscus flower for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a pint glass. Add ice and shake well in a Boston shaker. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a Hibiscus flower. Serve. |
