Hoochie Mama Serving size: 1 Drink Source: Gerrard Stevens, Meritage Oyster Bar & Grille

•	2 oz. Charbay Vodka
•	1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
•	1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1/2 fresh lemon (for fresh lemon juice)
•	1/4 oz. St. Germaine Liqueur
•	sparkling wine
Method:
1.	Combine all ingredients except sparking wine into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Serve.
