•	1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
•	1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
•	1/4 oz. New Amsterdam
•	1 1/2 oz. Effen Cucumber Vodka
•	1/2 oz. simple syrup
•	2 oz. lemon bitter soda
•	Sorrel variegated lemon top for garnish
•	cucumber for garnish
Method:
1.	Build 5 coins of quartered cucumber in a glass and set aside. In a mixing glass, combine Passion Fruit Concentrate, Yuzu Luxe Sour, Effen Cucumber Vodka, and simple syrup with ice. Shake and strain over cucumber coins. Float New Amsterdam and top off with Lemon Bitter soda. Garnish with Sorrel variegated lemon top.
